I don’t consider myself an expert at knee wraps, but people ask me about wrapping techniques a lot, so I figured I’d post a video and review some wraps while I was at it. I’ve modeled my wrapping style after what I’ve seen Malan do in videos--thus the title. Comments and criticism are welcome!
