China: Customers and delivery services gear up for Singles Day sales frenzy in Beijing

Singles Day in China is a 24-hour online shopping event on the 11th of November where e-commerce companies offer massive discounts on their platform. To help companies deal with the COVID-19 pandemic impact, customers were able to pre-order their goods as early as October 21, causing a hectic schedule for delivery services.
