Today is the 180th birthday of Edvard Grieg, the most famous Norwegian composer. On my last trip, I visited the Fossli Hotel, where Grieg liked to have vacation. In the morning, he walked his dog along the Vøringsfossen waterfall, whom at the top the hotel is located. The piano in the hotel is still the one on which Grieg played and composed hia music. The richness and diversity of Norwegian landscapes could not but be reflected in the composer’s work. Norway is a very beautiful country, where almost every turn offers a new and extraordinary landscape. With this video, I wanted to convey the beauty of music in harmony with the magnificent nature of Norway.
