Wildlife in the Sonoran Desert at the watering hole in my backyard. A baby desert cottontail rabbit, Sylvilagus audubonii, and mom resting in the safety and shade of prickly pear cactus and creosote bushes, joined by an adult female desert spiny lizard, Sceloporus magister, and a round tailed ground squirrel, Xerospermophilus tereticaudus.
