A little girl who was actually two yrs old, was alone in her mother’s apt for 19 days without any adult supervision. She had to fend for herself in order to stay alive. Her mother failed to inform anyone that her two yrs old daughter was alone as she was arrested for several crimes. Her father not hearing from her mother became concerned about the whereabout of his daughter.
