Before We Were Black (a SPOKEN WORD presentation) a group of people are campaigning on bringing back old policies to govern us. Before we were black is simply a look back on black history. Is the past really the best time for black people? Jim Crow’s law wasn’t beneficial to black families, so why would black want to go back to those times?
