The Vietnam War is the 23rd Ghost Army’s next event! Specifically, we have chosen to recreate the beginning of the famous 1972 Easter Offensive, where North Vietnam invaded the South towards the end of this brutal and enduring conflict. The USA and South Vietnam have been caught off guard by the sudden invasion of new armour, aircraft and men across the border in Cambodia, and must react swiftly with the remaining assets they have in and around Vietnam such as on USS Coral Sea and USS Hancock, in order to ensure the survival of the South. The event is fully historically accurate, with the correct vehicles, units, positions and objectives. Will you join the Vietcong and PAVN in the invasion of the Republic, or defend South Vietnamese territory alongside iconic US air support? Make your mark on history!
