Enjoy this glimpse into the beauty of antigravity yoga! We met Sasha in Nosara, Costa Rica while doing a yoga teacher training at the beautiful Costa Rica Yoga Spa -- Sasha came over one day and introduced us to Arkaya Yoga and the the Yoga Swing. I was so impressed by this lovely yogini from Canada that I suggested we make a video of her introducing the Yoga Swing, and this is what came of it.
