20 Minute Bodyweight Blitz

Allright killas, it’s time for one of my favorite bodyweight torchers! This bodyweight blitz is going to get you sweating and feeling pumped! Make sure you give your all but maintain quality form throughout! No slacking! I included some optional mobility warm ups and decompression cool downs. If you have the time to squeeze an extra 5-10 minutes on top of the 20 minutes of work I think you’ll be very happy with how your body responds! Let’s get it in! Today we have a 20 minute EMOM, which means Every Minute On the Minute you’ll complete the prescribed work and then rest the remainder of the minute and then start the next round of work at the top of the next minute.
