60 MIN/ HIIT Cardio Strength & Core/Home Workout| RVNFIT

Follow along as we go from a 5 minute warm up into our cardio & strength workout. We do a 50 sec max effort 10 sec rest. We add the jump rope, body weighted drills, weights or bands and we finish with a 12 min ab workout and a 3 minute cool down. This workout was fun, hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
