Gear Show - Cord to Cordless Cutting Tool Conversion 100v to 20v | CO-150N

I bought this miter saw from Japan recycle shop. It is 100V power tool from Japan. I want to use this miter saw in my farm for irrigation installation. It is easy to use this tool with battery instead of electric source. I decided to convert this tool from cord to cordless by replacing the motor structure from AC to DC power by 18V battery. You can see the process detail in the video. DC motor information - motor diameter 60mm - front and rear double ball bearings- - built-in cooling fan blades -12-pole motor rotor - carbon brush is High current and high copper content compensation type. 12V voltage, no-load current 4A, no-load speed 9200 rpm. 18V voltage, no-load current , no-load speed 14,000 rpm. 24V voltage, no-load current , no-load speed 19,000 rpm.
