The i9 is, as hardware canucks put it, a dumpster fire drawing over 310W in my testing from an 8 core. But, this is the i5 11600K and it’s much more reasonable. I mean, it’s power draw is still insane, but it’s price to performance especially compared to the 5600X is much easier to justify.
