$15 Air Cooler is Surprisingly Good (Coolwhist CN326 Extreme CPU Cooler)

We accidentally bought this CPU air cooler for $15 in Shenzhen a few years ago, and recently, we thought we’d see how it does versus stock AMD coolers and the Vetroo V5. This is a review of the Coolwhist CN326 Extreme, a dragon-themed CPU air cooler that we bought for about $15 a few years ago. The CN326 Extreme didn’t include an AM4 kit originally, but some impressive post-sale customer support came through and was able to get us one for a few bucks. As for thermals and installation, overall, we were surprised by just how well this cheap cooler did. It has some faults -- the fan isn’t the highest quality -- but for something charmingly unique, it does well enough. We’d like to see more products make unique changes without sacrificing performance. Grab the GN toolkit:
