Understanding ‘Structural Deep Events’: From JFK through 9/11 to COVID-19 | Piers Robinson | 9/30/23

Last month IC911 board member Dr. Piers Robinson and 9/11 family member Matt Campbell spoke to an audience of some 50 people following a screening of Peace, War and 9/11 ( at an event in London. Piers spoke about propaganda — the focus of his current research — and about “structural deep events,” a concept that was coined by professor and author Peter Dale Scott and that Piers is attempting to advance within mainstream academia. As Piers noted, though the material he covered may not be new to many in the audience he addressed, the framework he presented for thinking about propaganda and structural deep events may be very useful for communicating effectively with more reluctant groups.
