Russia’s unwavering use of tapochki (home slippers) and bahily (plastic shoe coverings) is one cultural practice that I can’t still get rid off. ✅😳 7 Russians don’t speak English If you wonder why Russians speak bad English, there are several reasons for that - poor level of language teaching in Soviet schools, historically not a popular language (we traditionally learned more French and German) and the fact that not many Russians travel abroad or communicate with foreigners. ✅😳 8 Russians don’t drink cold drinks during winter And this is so true!
