India, Maldives & Sri Lanka Hold Trilateral Exercise With Chinese Research Vessel Docked in Male India, Maldives and Sri Lanka are holding trilateral exercise “Dosti-16” with Bangladesh as observer. The trilateral exercise came at a time when Chinese research vessel Xiang Yang Hong 3 was docked at Male port. India has expressed concerns over the presence of Chinese research vessel which is capable of conducting research and surveys.
