Entropy : Zero 2 - Combine Assassin NPC

This is a new NPC based on the cut Combine Assassin. It was created mostly from scratch as a special new Combine soldier variant which can cloak, and it draws some inspiration from Black Mesa’s female assassins. This was heavily inspired by and is partially based off of another restored Combine Assassin NPC created by Maestra Fénix.
