Large low engulfs NZ on Friday, then shifts over the weekend

Low pressure will cover all of the country on Friday bringing drizzly areas, dry areas and heavier downpours. Rainy areas will be widespread across the country but the north and west of both islands appears to be more exposed to heavier falls. Over the weekend low pressure shifts out to the Tasman Sea and makes for a changeable forecast - we break down what is happening over the next few days and into next week.
