Cops in Riot Gear Shut Down Pro-Palestinian UCLA Encampment

UCLA administrators declared the pro-Palestinian encampment on campus unlawful. Cops in riot gear moved in to remove camps. Police fired rubber bullets at students and pulled down barricades that once encircled the encampments. The tense stand-off between cops and demonstrators lasted more than three hours and ended with 200 arrests. Professor Nir Hoffman says he was assaulted on campus by pro-Palestinian protesters.
