ETS2 - Map Combo updated for Canada, Roex 2.2, YKSRSK 1.7, GS to YKSRSK RC

Here is my first mapcombo, updated for the new versions of Romania Extended and YKSRSK as well as the new addition of Canada Map and YKSRSK to Great Steppe Road Connection.
