Come and learn the rare and humorous Monkey style staff. Developed from the chinese folk story“A Journey to the West“ Sun Wu Kong aka the Monkey King was said to be a master of the staff. Combining this with the deceptive and often times funny movements of Monkey Kung-Fu, makes this a challenging and beautiful form to learn. This video is filmed in both regular speed and slow motion.
