Unmaskedbooking@ Few bands have as loyal fans as KISS, and hardly any band has as many tribute bands as KISS. Most KISStribute bands try to copy the show and looks of their heroes, and run a full package of makeup and blood. Unmasked is not at all similar in appearance, but on the other hand sounds like KISS in its heyday. Three guitarists provide three-part solos and a rich soundscape, powerful choruses and pure Rock and roll! What other tribute band puts in shows and make-up, Unmasked puts into the music. The band plays songs from the entire KISS catalog, many of the greatest hits, and many lesser known who deserve to be played. Få band har så loyale fans som KISS, og ingen band har så mange tributeband som nettopp KISS. De fleste KISStributeband gjør det de kan for utseendemessing å ligne mest mulig på sine helter, og kjører full pakke med sminke og blod, Unmasked ligner ikke i det hele tatt med tanke på utseende, men derimot låter det som KISS i sin storhetstid. Tre gitarister sørger for trestemte soloer og et fyldig lydbilde, mektige koringer og full trykk Rock and roll! Det andre tributeband legger i show og sminke, legger Unmasked i musikken. Bandet spiller låter fra hele KISS katalogen, mange kjente som seg hør og bør, og mange mindre kjente som fortjener å bli spilt. Unmasked består av: Kjetil Hesten, Bjørn Blestrud, Rune Hamlot, Jonas Solberg og Steinar Angler. Fem erfarne musikere fra Bodø som hver for seg har spilt nesten hele livet, og sammen i Unmasked siden 2002. Bandet har også spilt sammen med KISS trommeslager, Eric Singer. Unmasked har de siste årene gjort en rekke konserter både i Nord og i Sør og får stor oppmerksomhet for sine opptredener.
