Some performers that graced the Winnipeg stages were everyone from Klondike Kate, to Charlie Chaplin, Roscoe “Fatty“ Arbuckle, Basil Rathbone, and Boris Karloff. One Theatre Way: Movie Palaces and Playhouses is a documentary about Winnipeg’s vanishing movie palaces and playhouses and the change in the film-going experience in North America.
