Occurred on April 3, 2021 / Kansas City “We saw these two Southwest pilots open the cockpit windows and balance precariously 25 feet above the concrete while cleaning the plane windshield with what looked like cocktail napkins. First, who knew those windows even opened? Second, is there not a better/safer system for cleaning the windshield of a 737? My Ford does this at the push of a button.
