Outlast Whistleblower | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary

The first Outlast game was a huge success, but many agreed that it got a bit repetitive towards the end. The finale was also not that scary and all these issues were fixed in the brilliant Whistleblower DLC. It honestly is one of the best expansions out there, because it’s even better than the original main game. The pacing is much better here with many different enemies you encounter and you are never stuck with the same type of enemy for too long, unlike the first Outlast. It always keeps you guessing what comes next and there are yet again some really effective and good scares. But the absolute highlight of this expansion comes all the way towards the final act when you come face to face with Mr. Gluskin. This guy is absolutely terrifying and a true joy to visit his sick domain for any horror fan out there. The game is about an hour shorter than the main game which might also explain why the pacing and variety is so much better, but Whistleblower is one of the greatest and most memorable horror experie
