Shadow of Memories / Destiny | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary

In the late 90’s and early 2000’s there was a specific type of game created in Japan that revolved around a character and a daily routine in a small, quaint village. Shenmue comes to mind immediately, but Shadow of Memories also has this implemented, though it definitely emphasizes more on the mystery here. In Shadow of Memories you play as a character who gets killed, but can travel back in time to relive the events and change things to alter the outcome. This then creates all sorts of puzzles and mysteries you need to solve by traveling to different timelines and interacting and talking to a lot of varied characters. I actually thought this game was quite charming and could really feel that retro Japanese feeling of how games like this used to be and which has been lost over time. I wish more games were like Shenmue, Deadly Premonition or Shadow of Memories. The game is very cutscene heavy which some people might not like, but I enjoyed them. The voice acting definitely is pretty cringe though, but
