Are you not worried that frequent incidents like this could lead to more serious situations in the future?  Wang Wenbin: On March 23, the US naval warship USS Milius illegally entered the territorial waters near China’s Xisha Islands without the Chinese government’s permission. This move has violated China’s sovereignty, posed a threat to China’s security and jeopardized the peace and stability in the relevant waters. The Chinese PLA Southern Theater Command conducted whole-process tracking and monitoring on the US destroyer in accordance with the law, and warned it off. The US should immediately stop such infringement and provocation.
