Mali: We Will Respond to US/French Intervention in Niger as ‘Declaration of War’

With thousands in the streets of Niger supporting the military, the transitional govts of Mali and Burkina Faso issue a joint declaration. They say a French or US intervention, whether military or sanctions, would be “tantamount to a declaration of war” against their countries.
