Umeå is a main town in Umeå municipality and county seat of Västerbotten County. Since Umeå has very long and cold winter, it is easy to enjoy all the winter delights and activities. Umeå is Sweden’s 12th largest city with about 100 000 inhabitants and is thus Norrland’s largest city.
