The creation Mist for the dancers of NDT 1 presents the debut of the Belgian-French choreographer Damien Jalet with the company. The critically acclaimed works by Jalet are often visual stunning, kinetic and thought provoking. Jalet’s debut creation, Mist, for NDT 1 could not take place in the 2019-2020 season due to the corona crisis. In the 2020-2021 season, the performances of Mist in Dutch theaters were canceled again due to the corona measures. Therefore, it was decided to make a beautiful film of Damien Jalet’s creation, filmed by Rahi Rezvani. With the film screenings via , his world premiere will finally become reality in January 2022.
