HTC Windows Phone 8X Hands On HTC just announced its brand new flagship Windows Phone 8 device, the Windows Phone 8X. It’s incredible. I want one (the lime green one) now. I recently spent a while checking out the phone and, while Microsoft won’t let us talk about all of the Windows Phone 8 features yet, it’s one of my favorite smartphones to launch so far this year.
