Although regarded as one of the best kickers of all time, Steve retired after winning the world title without ever defending his super-welterweight crown. Steve went on to acquire a diploma of financial services and a bachelor of business with a double major in finance and accounting and now works for the private wealth division of one of Australia’s major banks as an adviser to financial advisers.
