Reading between the lines and anticipating where a conversation is headed for learners of English 🏌️ I’m back with a brand new video And not just for an activity, but with a whole lesson here 👍 You know I always advocate for active development of soft skills in English lessons It’s easy for us language teachers to get caught in typical grammar or lexical oriented lessons, just like in textbooks And it’s important to remember we don’t just teach the basics of a language, we also develop communication skills Here’s an example of a lesson focusing on communication and where language practice is targeted at real conversation In debates, not everyone plays fair!
