2. Muscle Squat Snatch Press Snatch Balance = (15-20kg/3 3 3) * 2 sets
3. Hits High Pull Hang Power Snatch = (15-20kg/3 3 3) * 2 sets
III. MAIN EXERCISES:
Hang Power SNATCH SNATCH:
(15-20kg / 1 2 2) * 4sets
(up to 50% / 1 2 2) * 1 set
Power SNATCH:
(60% / 2) * 2 sets
(70% / 2) * 4 sets
Back SQUAT:
(50% / 3) * 2 sets
(60% / 3) * 1 set
(70% / 3) * 1 set
(80% / 2) * 2 sets
(85-90% / 1) * 1 set
