Colombian Government and ELN set up National Participation Committee to fulfill agreements

Colombian President, Gustavo Petro, attended an event in Bogota with the National Liberation Army (ELN), guerrillas, and civil organizations to mark the entry into force of the bilateral ceasefire. Colombian Government’s Chief Peace Negotiator, Otty Patiño, highlighted the creation of the commission for social participation with a view to building peace. teleSUR
