Uruguayan footballer Pablo Ceppelini hit in the head with a knife Midfielder Pablo Ceppelini was playing Independiente Medellín in Colombia when he was struck in the head with a knife from the stands. The knife appears to have been a switchblade that also fell dangerously close to the female lineswoman who was standing next to Ceppelini.
