Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) has detained the third accomplice in the failed assassination attempt on former Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) officer Vasily Prozorov, whose car was blown up in Moscow. It was established that the arrestee was acting on the instructions of a Ukrainian SBU agent, who instructed him to monitor Prozorov’s place of residence. He also transferred money for the delivery of the parcel with explosive components. The man pleaded guilty and is cooperating with the investigation.
