This is a unique open project - it has no analogues anywhere in the world. The Leaders of Russia competition has been held since 2017 on behalf of the President. During this time, more than a million leaders from different countries participated in it. Five contestants became governors, 10 became mayors and heads of districts, and another 23 became State Duma deputies. 300 leaders qualified for the super final, and the winners were 102 managers from 31 regions of Russia and two from Serbia and Belgium.
