Guns & alcohol: Texas considers booze sales at gun shows

The Texas agency that regulates alcohol sales is considering allowing the sale of alcohol at guns shows, as long as the shows don’t offer live ammunition or let buyers take possession of guns at the event. Under current regulations, locations licensed by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission must stop alcohol sales and drinking during gun shows, including during setup and dismantling of the shows.
