Michael Jackson: Loving Neverland (2/4)- Michael Jackson’s unapologetic discography & Sony conflict.

The allegations fuelled media’s harsh treatment towards Michael Jackson but he wasn’t just going to sit back and let the tabloids sully his name with fake propaganda. He made a strong comeback with what he did the best- through his songs and albums. HIStory was an album that not only tells us about his personal ordeals but also the ordeals to mankind as a whole. In 2001, he released his studio album ’Invincible’ which wasn’t promoted by Sony which led to a conflict between the publishing company and Jackson, who went on to expose the devilish side of Sony and it’s stakeholders. Not to forget, Jackson himself owned half of Sony and owned the rights of ATV catalog. He believed that this catalog was the reason why he was being targeted in the first place and that his life was in danger.
