IMPULSO – Emilio Belmonte – A film about Rocío Molina

Impulso is an intimate portrait of an undeniable star of the flamenco world, Rocío Molina, who has mesmerised audiences worldwide. Molina’s avant-garde, extravagant and powerfully raw choreographies fuse traditional flamenco with modern dance styles and impulsos – improvisations that characterise her unique style. In this film, we go behind the scenes as Molina travels the world, preparing for the biggest challenge of her career: the creation of a new collaborative live art performance at the Chaillot – National Theatre of Dance in Paris.
