This is the video about making Russian herbal tea. It used to be very famous tea in Russia. It is not just a tea, that is a kind of supporting medicine for human immunity, working very soft and carefully. It has no caffeine as usual tea, works as natural sedative medicine. After using it for a year I, personally, forget about any cold and flu. And it is tasty as well.
