PROTEIN WATER CHALLENGE:
-eat .8 - 1g of protein per pound of your current weight bodyweight
-drink at least .5 of your bodyweight in ounces of water
*5 “reps“ for each goal you meet daily
**EXAMPLE: if I weigh 164lbs, I am aiming for 120 - 150g of protein and at least 75oz of water daily
