Edge UI for Skyrim 2023

Relatively small update. 1. Changed morehud icons 2. Added God of War like static loading screen. 3. Further tweaks to system menu 4. Added colored bars option Alternative Upper Bars placement. 5. Added CSM compability 6. Added pastel markers support (by Aiko) As always, suggestions and critique is welcome.
