US border guards rescue undocumented migrants from flood then arrest them

US border patrol guards rescued a group of undocumented migrants from a raging torrent of water and then detained them. The 12 migrants became stuck near San Ysidro immediately north of the US-Mexico border. The guards rescued and arrested them on 22 January.
