Orh Ni - 芋泥

Recipe at: Our version of Orh Ni is smooth, creamy and delicious. The secret ingredient to this texture is by using pork lard to make the paste super smooth with that silk-like creaminess. The lard also gives this dish the fragrance that other ingredients are unable to provide!
