In September 2020, filmmaker Vadim Makhorov captured the incredible aerial images of a train carrying salt travelling through Lake Burlinskoye, in the Russian region of Altai Krai, close to the border with Kazakhstan. The train ran on railways built just below the water surface, and the lake’s water had a very intense pink colour which made the whole scene look like it was out of a fairy tale.
