Ultimate Tank Hunter: FGM-148 Javelin

U.S. Soldiers get hands on training with the FGM-148 Javelin Anti-Tank Missile System in a range environment. The FGM-148 Javelin is an American man-portable, compact, lightweight, fire-and-forget, anti-tank missile system with the effective range up to mi (4.5 km). The Javelin uses automatic infrared guidance(that allows to take cover or leave the launch site immediately after the launch), as opposed to wire-guided systems, and is capable of defeating modern tanks by hitting them from above, where their armor is thinnest, but also can take a direct mode if necessary. The launch capability of the Javelin allows it to have only a minimal backblast area. The portable system is easy to separate into main components and easy to set up when needed.
