21 Minute Flexibility Fix | 21 Day Tone

You guys have been working super hard on your 21 Day Tone and today, it’s time to give your muscles a well deserved stretch!! I know I say it all the time but rest and recovery is just as important as the more intense workouts, so make sure to give this your all today!!! Today’s stretch routine will focus on flexibility, mobility & recovery. You will need a yoga strap & a massage ball.
