21 Minute Cardio Abs Workout | 21 Day Tone

I can’t believe we’re already in week 3 of the 21 Day Tone!!!! There’s only one week left and I want you guys to push harder than you ever have before!! I know you guys love 2 in 1 workouts so today, we’re gonna burn some fat AND tone our abs at the same time!! As always, I will be using weights, but you can do this exercise weight-free or using water bottles or soup cans. We’ll do each of the 7 moves for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest. After 3 rounds, we’ll be done with this cardio abs workout!
